Brand Review - Class of 2014

All YMCAs must successfully complete a Brand Review prior to the end of 2015.  I have chosen 2014 as the year we complete the process.  The document below gives a brief overview of the review.  Of the five items included, the one that will be the most costly will be new exterior signage.  Most of the remaining items have been completed or are nearly complete (pending approval, of course.)

Daxko

Below is a proposal I received from the leading software provider for YMCA operations - Daxko.  There is also a document they put together for us and links to a couple of sample videos.

CEO Evaluation - 2014

Below is the CEO Evaluation form prepared for 2014.  We have standardized on evaluations in January and the process takes awhile.  The first step is for board members to complete this form and get it to Stacy. After that, results are compiled, the board meets without me for discussion.  Deliverables from that process will be Evaluation results, Compensation changes, board goals for me for 2015, and budget guidelines for the next fiscal year.  That should happen by late December or very early January so that I can accomplish staff evaluations by the end of January.
