If interested in a membership, please visit us at the Y at 10 Crane Street in Clifton Springs at the Palace Building. We are open from 7 am to 7pm Monday-Friday and 7am to 2pm on Saturday. Please call 315-462-6184​ with any questions!

· Payments accepted by check or credit card. 14 days from next draft date written notice via Membership Termination Form or email is required to stop membership. There is a $20 service fee for any returned checks or drafts.
· Insurance co–pays; Many health insurance policies now cover membership and program costs to help ensure a healthier lifestyle for their subscribers. CSAYMCA accepts FitON Health, Active&Fit Silver Sneakers and Prime Fitness program members. Please contact your insurance company for details.
· Annual payment is also available for your convenience at a 15% discount in membership.  Please talk to member-service representative for more details about this option. 
 - 50% Discount for Active Military. 

 - 50%  discount for surrounding area police, fire departments and ambulance employees. 
GW Lisk Membership
GW Lisk employees receive free memberships at the YMCA.  Please provide yellow Lisk ID Badge to front desk to receive discount.
Rochester Regional Health
We have partnered with Rochester Regional Health. Employees will receive 25%  off membership rates. Please provide RRH ID Badge to front desk when signing up to receive discount.

Insurance Information
The YMCA does not carry individual accident insurance for participants. Individuals participate at their own risk.
Photo & Cell Phone Policy
Cell phone use is not permitted in locker rooms  and other program areas. Photos and videos may be taken only with permission of YMCA management and all participants being photographed.

Ask about Financial Assistance
The Clifton Springs Family YMCA makes every effort to provide membership services to all who wish to participate. The Y’s financial assistance, supported in part through contributions to our annual campaign and the United Way, provides membership assistance for those in need. Individuals or families not able to pay the full member fee will be awarded a partial rate reduction as determined by our guidelines.
