Come learn the basic skills and game strategy of the fastest growing sport of LACROSSE. Our focus is to teach, develop and enhance player skills and abilities while introducing the game of lacrosse. Lacrosse requires speed, strength, agility and coordination for success which makes it a great sport for athletes of all shapes and sizes. We aim to create a developmental yet fun atmosphere that can serve as a feeder program for Midlakes JV and Varsity Lacrosse.
