The Clifton Springs Family YMCA accepts a variety of insurance programs including FitON Health, Silver Sneakers, and Prime Fitness which provides eligible members with no-cost or low-cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health care plans. Who is eligible? Based on the insurance provider that you have they may offer a gym membership or reimbursement program. Contact your insurance provider to see what plans they may offer. Silver Sneakers or Tivity Memberships through MVP, FitON Health, Active & Fit through Aetna SilverSneakers SilverSneakers is a fitness program included in many Medicare plans. It is specifically designed to improve and maintain health and fitness for people ages 65 and older. For more information on SilverSneakers please click link below. FitON Health Membership FitON Health is an insurance based membership taking the place of Silver & Fit (Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield) Starting January 1st 2025. Tivity Health Fitness Your Way is available to members and their dependents over age 18 who have healthcare coverage with a participating Blue365 plan. WHAT NEXT???
