Committee Commission Documents
Board members are typically expected to serve on at least one committee of the board. Though our by-laws define certain standing committees, the only committee that has met regularly has been the Finance Committee. For the most part, the board has acted as a committee-of-the-whole, which is appropriate for smaller boards of directors.
