SUMMER SWIM
What to Expect
The summer swim program is held at Midlakes High School pool it is a relaxing environment which helps kids improve their technique, build their endurance and maintain their skills. The summer swim team is a good gauge to see if your child is ready for competitive Seahawks swim team.
Practice Schedule

June 3rd-August 2nd
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 5:00-7:00 pm based on their group.
Bronze: Not fearful of the water. Able to swim in shallow water without a bubble. Willing to go underwater and/or put their face in the water. The goal is to swim a 25 freestyle and backstroke by end of summer session.
Silver: All Swimmers should be working on developing all 4 strokes, should be able to swim a 50 backstroke and 50 freestyle.
Gold: Varsity/modified preparation swimmers, current gold level Seahawks swimmers.
Cost: $115 Member/ $125 Non-Member
