PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Whether you are an elite athlete, a novice exerciser, or somewhere in-between, Y Personal Fitness Training can benefit you in ways you’ve never thought about. As an athlete or an avid exercise enthusiast, you are always on the lookout for ways to improve your performance and stay healthy and well. A YMCA Personal Fitness Trainer can help you take your workouts to a new level in a safe and structured manner. Our trainers can help you with sport specific programs as well. If you are looking for some help to get you started, a Y personal fitness trainer can help you with a plan to get you on the right track and keep you motivated. Personal fitness training gives you a basic understanding of the fundamentals of exercise. As a novice exerciser, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to participate in the gym environment such as the fitness center cardio and weight rooms, as well as group exercise classes. Your Y personal trainer will work with you in a structured one-on-one format to formulate a challenging exercise plan that will help you reach your fitness goals.
