Why take a Group Exercise Class?

Group exercise classes are more than the loud music, fast movements and shouts of encouragement that are seen and heard in a fitness room. These-one hour blocks of time offer social inclusion opportunities, physical benefits and psychological support. You should never be bored with the variety of exercise choices offered in group settings. From kickboxing and step aerobics to boot camps and indoor cycling, your fitness instructor will challenge and improve your body.
Social Opportunities:  You are likely to have more fun exercising in a group than working out on your own. Fitness classes are a wonderful place to meet people who have similar lifestyle goals and needs.

Physical Benefits: Group exercise class are available in a variety of workout styles. Pick a class that matches your goals.

Accountability: A group exercise setting helps keep you accountable to attend the class. When you are asked "where you were last week?"  you will not want to say "I sat on the couch"

*We are excited to reactivate some of our key programs. Following guidance from the CDC and local health officials, we have modified our guidelines and schedules to ensure everyone’s health and safety.*
