Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes at the Clifton Springs Area YMCA are about more than just music, movement, and motivation—they’re about building a stronger, healthier community. Each class offers a full hour of physical activity, social connection, and positive support in a welcoming environment.
We offer a variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels, including beginner-friendly classes such as Zumba Gold Group Exercise and Line Dancing. Whether you’re looking to push yourself or ease into a routine, there’s a class that fits your goals.
